Animations are invaluable in reaching a wide audience quickly and with impact. It's crucial that the purpose of the animation is clear, that it 'talks' to its target audience and that there is a clear story (made up of words and images), which is where a copywriter can add value. Often there will be a call to action at the end – to buy, register, volunteer or donate.

Family Voice Surrey: As Co-Chair of  this parent carer forum I helped to produce animations for both the forum and for the local authority.  One of the biggest challenges we faced in this animation was to communicate our role as the collective voice of parent carers, co-producing services with Health and the Local Authority.
