It required a full understanding of the process, including when different options need to be followed, and an ability to select and write the key content in accessible language that also reflects the School's values and tone of voice.
The process was broken down into colour coded steps, with tips and check boxes at each stage. A flowchart and timeline with key milestones helps staff see what point they are at in the process, with a sense of how long each stage might take.
