Creating your own brochure is always a challenge and it's often hard to see the wood for the trees. Internal departments, systems and politics often have little relevance to an external audience, so there's real value in objectivity. Agree its purpose (in the context of other marketing tools), identify the core audience/s and then establish a set of messages, a hierarchy of information and a tone of voice that reflects your brand.

Dualit: The old brochure (below) was very much a catalogue. The new brochure gives Dualit a classic elegance, marrying the brand's heritage, long-standing credentials in the hospitality sector, and its contemporary range of domestic appliances.
